How Can I Pay and through what payment options?
You can pay by the following payment options:

If the order is placed using Credit card / Debit card/ Internet banking, then the order will be processed once the payment is approved by the bank.
Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not accurate.
When Will My Order Be Processed?
The orders will normally be shipped within 3 working days from the date of order placed and delivery would be made to the customers within 7 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations. For non-serviceable locations by our official courier, the delivery would be made either through third party courier / Post and will take 10 - 12 working days for delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation by email usually within few minutes of completing your order.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order Or Track A Shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We may ship in split shipments; therefore, you may receive more than one email.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
You may return or exchange any Arcley gears in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. We will gladly accept your return within 14 days of date of delivery.

We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Arcley is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges.
What If I Have A Defective Or Damaged Item?
First of all we really feel sorry about this, if it happens to you to receive a defective or damaged gear. If you have received a damaged gear or believe an item is defective, please contact Customer Service Officer at 0124-4ARCLEY (4272539) or email@example.com.
How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service Officer on telephone 0124-4ARCLEY (4272539).
If the package has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order. In rare cases, we may have right to cancel your order due to internal reasons. In such cases, you will not be charged for canceled orders and you will be notified through email or by our customer care officer.
How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?
You may return all items purchased through arcley.com within 14 days upon receiving of the merchandise. Remember that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise may not show signs of wear. The same conditions apply to reduced price items.
I Have Returned An Item, Now How Do I Get My Money Back?
Refund is usually completed in 7 to 21 working days after receiving and conducting the quality check of your returned package.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How Do I Use A Promotion/Coupon Code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate or discount field on the Checkout page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalisation as shown. You must click "Apply" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Checkout and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the cart, a discount will not be applied. How Do I Care For My Arcley Clothing?
Please pay close attention to the care instructions provided with each article of Arcley clothing. Many of our products should not be put in a dryer, for example, to prevent shrinkage. In general, wash and iron your Arcley clothing turned inside out to protect the printed graphics and embroidery from damage.
What happens to policies and procedures of various or all kinds if I buy Arcley products from Arcley authorised retailers or selling partners?
If you buy Arcley gears from our authorized retailers or selling partners, please go through their business rules and consumer care policies for your needed help. Arcley respects business rules and policies of our authorised retailers and selling partners and their rules/policies applies to your purchases made through them.
Can Arcley change prices of products or description of products?
We at Arcley always try to ensure that our association with you is strongly built on trust and long term commitment by us to serve you better. However, due to various reasons and business consequences, we at Arcley have right to change prices of products at any time and we may also change products with valid description of products. In such events, Arcley doesn’t take any responsibility of any kind to anyone. What happens to errors by arcley.com?
We at Arcley try our best not to let it happen. However, if in any case your are charged for an order and product is not available or prices are misleading, we will definitely sort it out to keep you happy in a timely manner. However, we ensure you that in very rare cases, it may happen and we reserve all rights to fix it for specific issues with price adjustments or order fulfillments. If you are charged for an order due to any error and want your money back, we will surely return your money in the original form of your used payment method.
Why my American Express credit card is not charged when I am making a transaction using my American Express credit card issued out of India?
We are sorry to hear about that. However, please note that due to some business regulations provided by American Express to our payment gateway partner, American Express credit cards issued only from India, China, France, Greece, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Vietnam are supported for payments. So, if your American Express credit card is issued from any of these countries, you are good to make transactions at our store. Otherwise, your American Express credit card payment may be rejected due to above explained reason.
